When hearts are right and minds are open, Bob then proceeds through an afternoon of workbook based, fill-in-the-blank, purpose-driven teaching explaining how to do the search from formulating the search committee all the way through candidating, hiring and even moving the pastor into town. He even walks you through the installation service and dissolving of the search committee.
Every question is addressed and every fear subsides using this clear cut easy to follow format. Bob personally welcomes anyone needing to talk, and is willing to counsel on Saturday evening, leaving Sunday as a time of unity.
